We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Support Engineer.
This role will involve providing exceptional customer support, handling multiple urgent issues simultaneously, and working collaboratively with a team to achieve shared goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer and business support, AEM knowledge, and proficiency in basic web architecture and infrastructure, HTTP protocol, communication and interpersonal skills, ITIL best practices, Linux skills, content management, task management, and wiki-based documentation tools.
