Lead Global Software Development InitiativeWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a large-scale international software development initiative. The successful candidate will lead a team of 90+ associates distributed across multiple countries, including Application Architects, Lead Business Analysts, and Industry SMEs.The project involves designing and deploying a microservices-based application using Java technologies on AWS. Key Responsibilities include : - Manage a global development team of 90+ associates across multiple time zones- Coordinate the efforts of Application Architects, Business Analysts, and SMEs to ensure alignment with project goals- Oversee the design and implementation of a microservices-based architecture using Java technologies- Ensure successful deployment and operation of the application on AWS infrastructure- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams- Ensure adherence to quality standards, security policies, and compliance requirements- Drive continuous improvement and agile best practices across the project lifecycleRequired Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have : - Proven experience managing large-scale software development projects with international teams- Strong technical background in Java, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment (preferably AWS)- Experience working with cross-functional roles including architects, analysts, and SMEs- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsCandidates with the following qualifications will be given preference : - PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification- Experience in the airline or travel industry- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines- Multilingual communication skills
