The opportunity

As part of the HR team, this role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, reporting consistency, and process improvement across Europe. The person will work closely with HR, Finance and Internal Comms teams to deliver high-quality insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Data management and reporting

• Lead monthly reconciliations, ensuring alignment with Finance and local HR teams.
• Design, develop, and deliver monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
• Maintain and continuously improve the accuracy and integrity of HR data, identifying and correcting inconsistencies proactively.
