Role : Enterprise Architect focused on driving architectural maturity for payments systems, aligning technology with business goals and ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

What You Will Do

• Architecture Strategy and Planning : Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned with Planet’s strategic objectives; define and enforce architectural principles, standards, and guidelines; evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• System Design and Integration : Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for our payment processing systems; ensure seamless integration of new technologies, platforms, and applications with existing systems; collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to design robust architectural solutions; create and maintain architecture documentation.
• Governance and Compliance : Evolve and enforce architecture governance processes; ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and security best practices; conduct regular architecture reviews and audits to maintain compliance and architectural integrity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with business leaders, product managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions; drive standards across the architecture community; communicate vision and progress to executive leadership and technical teams; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Performance and Scalability : Design systems for high availability, performance, and scalability; implement monitoring and performance tuning processes; proactively identify and resolve architectural issues to enhance stability.
• Technology Leadership and Mentorship : Lead technology initiatives from concept to implementation; influence and guide teams on best practices and standards; stay current with industry trends and share insights with the team.
