We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Workplace Engineer to join our team.

The selected candidate may be based in any of our offices located in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, or Norway .

Key responsabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and workflows to support business processes and enhance collaboration.
• Build and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), improving efficiency and user experience.
• Develop and implement Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights aligned with organizational goals
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities (e.g., AI Builder, cognitive services) into Power Platform solutions to enhance automation and decision-making.
• Ensure all solutions are cost-effective and aligned with group technologies and strategic objectives.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform and AI solutions within the broader IT ecosystem.
• Support the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization, promoting digital workplace transformation and user engagement.
