Overview

Junior FP&A Analyst Role Description : As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business goals across the Iberia and Latin America regions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various business units, contributing to strategic decision-making and enhancing overall financial performance.

Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Reporting : Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key insights and trends.

Variance Analysis : Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations.

Budgeting and Forecasting : Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.

Business Partnering : Work closely with various business units to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support to drive business performance.

Financial Modeling : Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Data Management and Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.

Ad-hoc Analysis : Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management to support strategic initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience : Min. 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related field (internships included).

Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.

Languages : Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Soft Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
