Overview
Sr. Lead Consultant in ADP GlobalView, leading the Global Payroll and Time market in the world and serving multi-national clients with outsourcing solutions. Functional payroll resource driving client projects (configuration, testing, etc); strong client consultation skills with a focus on delivering quality; continuous learning environment; training and mentoring others; ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
Responsibilities
- Implement the client’s solution using ADP\'s Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product (based on SAP / Krono / Workforce Manager).
- Lead blueprinting workshops to gather information on the client\'s requirements.
- Design and document the client\'s solution including business requirements and program specifications according to ADP\'s guidelines.
- Consult with clients throughout data cleansing, mapping and conversion; provide reconciliation support as required.
- Support clients through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases to ensure a successful deployment.
- Own issues and gaps between client requirements and the ADP GV template; collaborate with other GV streams to resolve them.
- Perform quality assurance reviews on blueprints and configuration of the client\'s system.
- Identify and manage risk at the project level; lead implementation team forums and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.
- Act as a mentor and support fellow team members to develop their skills; provide relevant training and knowledge sharing opportunities.
- Liaise with the ADP Project Manager / Agile Team Lead and Line Manager, providing regular status updates and early warning of potential slippage or problems.
- Support pre-sales processes, including analyzing and providing answers for technical documentation, performing demonstrations, and attending workshops requiring payroll specialist knowledge.
- Liaise with the Product Manager to provide feedback on templates and future product direction / changes.
- Assist with designing non-standard changes to the ADP GlobalView template and coordinate with project teams accordingly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.SAP Payroll or Kronos / Workforce Manager configuration experience in one or more countries.Configuration knowledge / consulting skills for at least two applicable SAP functional areas.Solid functional / blueprinting knowledge; travel activity expected at 10%-25%.Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work on multiple client projects simultaneously.Proven ability to lead multi-country HR / Payroll implementations.Professional demeanor with the ability to manage and meet customer expectations.Teamwork and collaboration to achieve business results.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to identify causes, relationships, and implications.Consulting skills to map business requirements to the ADP template while minimizing risk to client and ADP.Knowledge of implementation methodologies and project delivery approaches.Strong time-management and prioritization; ability to lead a team across multiple projects.Strong knowledge of one or more Payroll, HR, Portal, or Time Management SAP modules.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio for updating documentation and training materials.Client-focused mindset with a commitment to meeting immediate and future client needs.Good business process knowledge of SAP or Kronos modules being implemented.About ADP
