Senior Lead Consultant

Overview

Sr. Lead Consultant in ADP GlobalView, leading the Global Payroll and Time market in the world and serving multi-national clients with outsourcing solutions. Functional payroll resource driving client projects (configuration, testing, etc); strong client consultation skills with a focus on delivering quality; continuous learning environment; training and mentoring others; ability to handle multiple projects at a time.

Responsibilities

• Implement the client’s solution using ADP\'s Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product (based on SAP / Krono / Workforce Manager).
• Lead blueprinting workshops to gather information on the client\'s requirements.
• Design and document the client\'s solution including business requirements and program specifications according to ADP\'s guidelines.
• Consult with clients throughout data cleansing, mapping and conversion; provide reconciliation support as required.
• Support clients through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases to ensure a successful deployment.
• Own issues and gaps between client requirements and the ADP GV template; collaborate with other GV streams to resolve them.
• Perform quality assurance reviews on blueprints and configuration of the client\'s system.
• Identify and manage risk at the project level; lead implementation team forums and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.
• Act as a mentor and support fellow team members to develop their skills; provide relevant training and knowledge sharing opportunities.
• Liaise with the ADP Project Manager / Agile Team Lead and Line Manager, providing regular status updates and early warning of potential slippage or problems.
• Support pre-sales processes, including analyzing and providing answers for technical documentation, performing demonstrations, and attending workshops requiring payroll specialist knowledge.
• Liaise with the Product Manager to provide feedback on templates and future product direction / changes.
• Assist with designing non-standard changes to the ADP GlobalView template and coordinate with project teams accordingly.
