We are seeking a Murex Spring Boot PaaS API Developer with extensive experience in building microservices using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate is skilled in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable RESTful APIs, with a passion for microservices architecture and cloud deployment. Collaboration and modern development methodologies are essential, and knowledge of Murex platforms will be a significant advantage.

About the Role

Experience with Murex projects and understanding of financial products
Skills in Murex components : MxMLExchange, Workflows & formulas, Datapublisher, Dynamic Tables, MDRS, trade repository API, pre-trade rules

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot

Implement RESTful APIs for third-party integrations

Work with XML and JSON for data interchange

Utilize JPA, Hibernate, JDBC for database interactions

Apply Lombok for efficient development

Manage applications with GitHub, Jenkins, UrbanCode, OpenShift

Use Confluence for documentation

Test APIs with Postman

Manage AWS S3 storage solutions

Integrate Kafka and / or JMS for messaging

Follow OOP principles and use DTOs for data mapping

Interact with Oracle DB using SQL

Nice to Have

Basic shell / bash scripting

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines

Effective documentation with Swagger

Proficiency with JetBrains IDEA or Eclipse

Required Skills

High-level English proficiency

Spanish language skills are a plus
