- : As Finance Analyst, you will act as the key business support for the dedicated business units with revenue budgeting, forecasting, reporting, pricing, and profitability projects. This role will be responsible for the Iberia region.Some of the accountabilities of this role are : - Prepare monthly management reporting packages per product & country with relevant management commentary- Prepare country pack presentations- Partner with Country General Managers and Commercial Teams in evaluating new business opportunities in dedicated business units- Supporting the adoption of standard finance tools and processes- Combining FP&A data analytics with business insights to produce accurate budgets and forecasts and clearly measure and communicate performance against these- Perform customer profitability review- Analyze and identify the reasons for variations- Control and analysis of direct costs of dedicated business units.- Participation in current department projects and other tasksWhat we look for : - 3+ years of Finance experience preferably for complex multinational businesses, with Commercial and Supply Chain Finance expertise- Established financial, commercial, and strategic analysis skills.- Excellent data management skills.- Base level financial modelling skills (DCF Analysis, scenario analysis, business case development, business valuations, and operational modelling).- Commercial acumen with demonstrated strength in solving both structured and unstructured problems.- Advanced Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills.LanguagesEnglish and Spanish fluencyPreferred EducationBachelors - FinancePreferred Level of Work Experience3 - 5 yearsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
