At Shakers, we're on the lookout for an EnterpriseBusiness Developer to take our Enterprise Salesteam to the next level

2. What you´ll be doing

Your day-to-day as a Business Developer

  • Prospect, benchmark, define a strategic plan , and best of all... put it into action ! We want you to demonstrate your ability to qualify leads and generate commercial opportunities.
  • Understand the challenges and pain points of corporate companies, presenting the value proposition in a way that generates curiosity and interest.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with one of the Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment on objectives.
  • Provide weekly reports on your activities and key objectives achieved, focusing on performance, metrics, and analytics.
  • Draw insights and conclusions from each week, using data to refine strategies and inform decision-making.

3. What we´re looking for

You´re a great fit if you...

  • Have 2-5 years of work experience in technology consulting, Head Hunting, or in sales in the tech sector of high AOV products.
  • Really enjoy selling and aspire to build a career in it. You're ambitious and eager to grow at full speed in the world of sales.
  • Are familiar with technical sector jargon and how it applies to business discussions.
  • Have a degree in engineering or management , with a technical background as a plus.
  • Are knowledgeable and interested in the startup ecosystem.
  • Have great communication skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives.
  • Have a strong conviction and are results-oriented .
  • Are familiar with KPIs, dashboards, and analytics. Have a data-driven profile.
  • Are proactive & take ownership of your projects and responsibilities.
  • Have strong persuasion skills. You make things happen!
  • Are creative and adaptable. Every client presents a new challenge and requires a fresh approach.
  • 4. What's in it for you?

    Compensation

    The salary range for this position is between 30.000€ and 67.500€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

    The salary consists of :

  • Between 30.000€ & 45.000€ fixed salary
  • Up to 3.400€ quarterly bonus based on performance & potential (7.5%)
  • Uncapped commissions.
