FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - Spain

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, who are the global leader in access solutions. The MARINE Division is seeking a Field Service Technician in Spain. Ideally located in the Barcelona area, but possibility to consider candidates based all over Spain.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and preventive maintenance, repair and service to hardware solutions such as electronic locks, safes, and other IT equipment.
• Participate in testing and servicing new hardware and software products, ensuring functionality and reliability.
• Be involved in software installation, programming, and development, including laptop configuration and system updates.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Work under pressure in a multinational environment.
