Solution Architect - AI Governance & Ethics

Descripción del trabajo7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar senior technical design role, with a strong focus on data platforms and ideally AI systems / platforms. Proven track record of designing and overseeing integrated solutions across diverse technology landscapes. Familiarity with the AI / ML lifecycle, MLOps, or data governance platforms is highly advantageous. Experience working in a complex, global enterprise environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or other regulated industries. Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and scalable data architectures. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system integration patterns, security best practices, and data management. Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, AI ethics, or AI governance frameworks is a significant plus. Exceptional ability to lead technical discussions, achieve alignment, and influence architectural decisions across cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex architectural concepts to both technical and executive audiences Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and technical excellence.
