Overview
We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Account Manager to join our Hospitality division in Malaga. The ideal candidate is client-focused, proactive, and able to build solid long‑term relationships with partners and stakeholders in the hospitality sector. This role combines account management, client success, and business coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of hospitality clients, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for Norwegian‑speaking accounts.
- Support clients with product knowledge, service updates, and operational needs.
- Analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance, customer support).
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and account development plans.
- Ensure service excellence and adherence to SLAs.
- Manage escalations and provide solutions promptly and professionally.
