We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Engineer to manage, secure, and optimize endpoint devices across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security.
Monitor endpoint health, performance, and security status, proactively addressing issues.
Manage software updates, patches, and configurations to ensure devices are up-to-date and compliant.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate endpoint devices into the broader network and security infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to endpoint devices.
Maintain inventory and documentation of all endpoint assets.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, Intune).
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified : Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
Knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure.
