Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead our Iberia Treat Design Center within the Treatment Planning and Service Organization. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on delivering world-class customer support operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across the Iberian region.
Role expectations
- Leadership & Strategy : Lead and inspire the Treatment Planning Service team, ensuring alignment with European and global Treat Site strategies to deliver best-in-class service to our doctors.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple customer segments, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
- Team Management : Effectively manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance the customer experience and evolve our service model.
- Process Optimization : Design and implement scalable, digital-first support workflows that adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and managing escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Data-Driven Insights : Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Compliance & Quality : Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and relevant industry regulations.
- Financial Stewardship : Lead annual budgeting, resource planning, and capacity forecasting for the service organization.
What we're looking for
5+ years of leadership experience in operations / service management, ideally in medical devices, healthcare or other regulated industries.Education : BBA, Industrial or other bachelor's degree required. Complementary master’s degrees will be highly valued.Regulatory knowledge : Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, GDPR) is a plus.Languages : Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level). Additional European languages are a plus (Portuguese, Italian, French, German).Willing to travel up to 20%.Complementary skills
