You will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in developing an innovative AI companion app that transforms teams into data champions. NaLa enables swift analytics of large datasets to resolve issues promptly and intuitively, safeguarding user satisfaction.

Responsibilities Design, write, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable code using Python and ReactJS.

Ensure system efficiency and bug-free integration.

Implement and integrate advanced NLP techniques using open-source models.

Work with various AI and RAG models including LLMs, text-to-video, text-to-speech, or text-to-image.

Develop and customize language-based analytics models to enhance data interpretation.

Employ RAG techniques to improve information retrieval and enhance LLM outputs.

Potential opportunity to train custom models from scratch for specific project needs.

Work with product, design, and other teams to meet user needs.

Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and solutions.

Monitor and improve system performance for large-scale data analysis.

Ensure fast, accurate responses through various user interfaces.

Create intuitive experiences to empower team members as data experts.

Help users derive insights and quickly identify the root causes of issues.

Requirements Previous experience as a software engineer or data scientist.

Programming languages : Python & JS, with a focus on ReactJS.

Familiarity with AI, RAG, LLM, and NLP libraries.

Experience developing and deploying ML models.

Strong SQL and database management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
