Software engineer - quantum / ai

This is a 9-month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to extend), offering hybrid working from offices in Barcelona. What you’ll do : Develop and industrialize cutting-edge quantum and AI solutions. Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients on real-world challenges. Work in a fast-paced startup environment alongside the founding team. Tackle high-value open problems with software, Dev Ops, ML, and quantum experts. Provide technical leadership and contribute to designing robust, maintainable systems. What we’re looking for : Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong Python skills; Rust or C / C++ is a plus. Experience levels : Junior : 1–2 years in software engineering focused on ML / data science. Mid : 3+ years in software engineering focused on ML / data science. Experience with cloud deployment (AWS preferred), git, and CI / CD pipelines. Commitment to clean, maintainable code with best practices (testing, documentation). Strong skills in API integration and efficient workflow design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working across diverse teams.
