Role Overview

JLL Debt & Structured Finance are expanding their 30-strong European team and are seeking an analyst that is looking to build a successful career in Real Estate Finance. You will be joining a collaborative and highly active team where you will work closely with the senior analysts, associates and directors. You will play an important role in underwriting and executing financing advisory assignments as well as supporting pitches and other origination activities.

Responsibilities

• Our team\'s client base includes many of the world\'s largest real estate investment firms and we cover all asset classes across major European jurisdictions.
• We have completed 20Bn of financing transactions in the past 24 months across 19 European countries.
• This diverse offering is unique in the marketplace and gives analysts the opportunity to learn from a broad array of transaction profiles.
• The Debt & Structured Finance team works closely with other Capital Markets teams within JLL, offering valuable exposure to other segments of the industry.
• The Debt & Structured Finance team offers a clear career path to business production through the analyst and associate programme.
• Analyst compensation is highly competitive and is aligned with the success of the team.
• We are searching for candidates that are also looking for a role where they can grow as mentorship and organic growth are two of our team\'s foundational cultural principles. Typically analysts spend 1-2 years as analysts, 1-2 years as senior analysts and 1-2 years as associates prior to moving into a director role.
