Overview Renewal Specialist (English-speaking) – On-site – Cloud Solutions MT03 at Concentrix, Malaga (On-site).

Join to apply for the Renewal Specialist role at Concentrix. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Malaga with a focus on renewals for Microsoft and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities Act as primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term client relationship.

Turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through criteria such as BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline).

Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to determine needs and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.

Understand customers’ current Microsoft license position, leading with client technologies to secure wins and maximize up-sell / cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders.

Support renewal process by engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time.

Qualifications Proficient or bilingual in English.

2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and a passion for cloud technologies.

General knowledge of the IT industry with the ability to learn product and business solution details quickly and accurately.

Ability to understand customer needs and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.

Achievement- and success-driven personality.

Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions (preferred).

Nice to have Advanced level of German or French.
