Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term client relationship.
• Turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through criteria such as BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline).
• Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to determine needs and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand customers’ current Microsoft license position, leading with client technologies to secure wins and maximize up-sell / cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders.
• Support renewal process by engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time.
