We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced European Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and leading HR initiatives across the organization.
- Job Description :
- The European Human Resources Manager will oversee the administration of benefits, employee contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and terminations.
- This role will also involve data maintenance, confidentiality, and keeping up-to-date employee files, organizational charts, and HRIS systems.
- Additional responsibilities include supervising holidays, sickness, and absence tracking, preparing yearly calendars, and being the first point of contact for employees, managers, and directors.
- This position will also conduct recruitment processes, prepare internal communications, review and update company policies, and provide reports and analysis for top management.
- Required Skills and Qualifications :
- The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, bilingual skills in Spanish and English, and a third language such as French or German.
- Effective communication skills, global and cultural awareness, ethical practice, coaching skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
- Experience with HRIS systems, talent management software, and knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations are highly desirable.
