Hobson Prior is seeking a Dir. of Epi - Rare Oncology to join permanently a biotechnology organization. In this role, you will lead strategic and operational efforts in disease surveillance and data analysis, focusing on rare oncology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior team members, and oversee the development and execution of key projects.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage epidemiology strategies across various teams.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on their tasks.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for epidemiology initiatives.
• Oversee and deliver key outputs such as systematic literature reviews and database studies.
