We are seeking an experienced Technical Services professional who wants to specialise in chargers for electric vehicles . We are looking for someone who is passionate about enhancing the client experience, contributing to error prevention, and collaborating closely with the Product and R&D team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Technical Support and Assistance :

• Address customer inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting needs after a purchase, whether related to hardware, software, or electronic devices.
• Provide support via phone, email, chat, or other channels to resolve customer concerns.
