S-Vibe is a fast-growing sexual wellness and lifestyle brand built on design, innovation, and self-expression. We are a small, high-performance team with an intense work ethic, fast execution, and ambitious goals. As our E-Commerce Manager, you’ll own the entire B2C performance of S-Vibe. From managing our online store to leading growth initiatives across paid, CRM, and retention channels, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the D2C experience delivers both revenue and brand impact.
This is a highly autonomous role : you’ll coordinate with agencies or freelancers when needed but remain the single point of accountability for the e-commerce channel’s success.
Store Management & Operations
Oversee daily operations of the S-Vibe online store (Shopify or equivalent)
Ensure smooth order flow, accurate stock visibility, and exceptional customer experience
Maintain and update product listings, visuals, and content in line with brand guidelines
Monitor analytics and report on sales performance, traffic, and key KPIs
Improve conversion rates through UX, content, and CRO experiments
Manage seasonal promotions, offers, and product launches on the site
Ensure consistent brand presentation and strong visual storytelling across all pages
Marketing & Growth
Manage or coordinate performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Develop and execute CRM, retention, and lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty)
Support influencer and content marketing initiatives by ensuring smooth integration with the store
Work closely with the creative and content teams to align product storytelling and visuals
Manage freelancers or agencies for specialized tasks (ads, SEO, CRO)
Report directly to management on KPIs, performance, and growth opportunities
Experience :
At least 2 years in e-commerce or performance marketing roles, ideally within premium consumer goods, beauty, or wellness
Language :
Fluent English (C1 or above); Spanish is a plus
Shopify (or similar CMS)
Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
Klaviyo or equivalent CRM system
SEO fundamentals and conversion optimization
Data-driven with strong commercial instinct
Strong project management and organization skills
