About The Role

Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe. They can do it all; from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own the market with a solution-oriented approach. We’re looking for a skilled Scaled Services Team Lead to ensure that sales operations at Revolut are performed to the highest standard. The Scaled Services Team Lead will be the primary point of contact for the Sales department for a variety of customer-focused business challenges and internal customer-champions, working with product teams to keep users at the forefront of Revolut’s work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring that the sales team is appropriately remunerated by leading the validation strategy
• Becoming the point of contact for the sales team to ensure the right validation structure is followed
• Identifying and preventing recurrent flaws within the sales validation strategy
• Leading the strategy behind how to scale and make the validation process more efficient for the sales organization
• Collaborating with product and data teams to improve the validation process and experience
• Supporting Sales Operations in sales compensation and sales forecasting strategies
