Account Director (Marketing & Advertising)

Overview At Cheil, we are looking for an Account Director to lead and develop integrated campaigns for national and international clients. This role requires a clear strategic and business vision, the ability to foster strong client partnerships, and the drive to expand our operations and deliver impactful campaigns across channels.

Your role at Cheil : Account Director (Marketing & Advertising)

Responsibilities Client relationship management : Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Growth & new business : Identify and pursue additional business opportunities with existing clients, as well as generating new opportunities for the agency.

Team leadership & project delivery : Lead the accounts team and oversee the delivery of assigned client projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Cross-department collaboration : Work closely with creative, production, media, and other internal teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality projects.

Budget management : Monitor financial performance, manage account budgets, ensure project profitability, and oversee billing and reconciliations.

Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in account management within advertising or creative agencies.

Proven ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, driving projects to successful completion.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first mindset.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to change.

Self-motivated and accountable, capable of managing responsibilities independently.

Experience with complex 360o campaigns

High level of English.
