Descripción del trabajoDevelop realistic project plans with customer Project Managers focused on business objectives. Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. Track progress against business goals and project milestones. Implement and manage Change Control and Risk Management processes. Oversee issue tracking / resolution and project financials. Coordinate project team assignments and workload. Serve as the main point of contact for customer project issues, ensuring positive interactions. Collaborate with software vendor teams (Product, Engineering) for successful delivery. Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery methods. Solid experience in software professional services / implementation. Proven ability to manage customer-facing software delivery projects (talent / recruitment software experience preferred). Strong proficiency in Agile project management for implementations. Expertise in business requirements definition and scope management. Hands-on experience with Risk and Change Management. Understanding of SDLC, data structures, APIs, and ETL processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and takes initiative. Strong customer focus and commitment to client success. Collaborative team player.
