Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect & Senior Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of hotel development and renovation projects of our global portfolio. This dual-role position requires a balance of creative architectural vision with strong project management capabilities, ensuring projects are completed in accordance with brand standards and quality expectations.

This role aims to oversee and ensure effective delivery of :

• Pipeline and future development projects led by other investors and developers, with Nikki Beach Hospitality Group as the operator.
• Existing hotels Capex projects, providing technical support and project management, working closely with Nikki Beach’s Brand Architectural & Interior Design Manager.
• Guidance for existing hotels' Maintenance and Engineering departments.
