Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they've expressed interest in a product
- Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
- Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
- Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
- Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
- Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in German and English, with bilingual skills preferredHold a high school diploma (minimum), with a background in business, communications, or automotive studies preferredExperience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive or luxury sectorsClear and confident communication, especially with executive-level or high-end clienteleStrong interest in the automotive industry and premium productsStructured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offersComfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports post-interactionWhat We Offer
