About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our People & Culture team in Madrid. This role is key to attracting and securing the best talent to help us grow sustainably across our international markets. If you’re passionate about recruitment, eager to take ownership, and thrive in dynamic, purpose-driven environments, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic and technical roles (Engineering, Project Development, Commercial, Corporate).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure the best hiring decisions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms (Bizneo).
• Promote our employer brand in line with ABEI Energy’s values and mission.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic People & Culture projects, such as onboarding, internal mobility, and other initiatives.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced or international environments.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong plus, but we also value experience in engineering, industrial, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish (professional level).
• Strong sourcing skills, interview capabilities, and employer branding mindset.
• Team spirit, curiosity, and a hands-on, proactive approach.
