Email Outreach And Automations Specialist - Remote

We are seeking an Email Outreach and Automations Specialist with creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and excellent English communication — with proven experience in :

• Setting up and executing cold outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and partnerships
• Creating newsletters and targeted email blasts to engage and convert existing subscribers
• Building advanced automation flows based on user behavior and segmentation (e.G., users viewing bartender jobs in Miami receive relevant follow-up campaigns)
• Setting up clear monthly goals, tracking performance metrics, and creating detailed reports to measure success
