Digital Transformation Lead

Overview The Agile Coach is responsible for facilitating the implementation of agile methodologies in high-performance teams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have experience with agile coaching, team facilitation, and metrics-driven decision making.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain a shared understanding of project goals, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders.

Facilitate collaboration among team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks and delivery of results.

Identify and address potential roadblocks, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide input on product implementation.

Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure team progress and identify areas for improvement.

Plan and execute sprint ceremonies to facilitate team communication and collaboration.

Establish and maintain a Jira backlog aligned with product owner specifications, ensuring proper updates and alignment with the team.

Coordinate incident resolution, managing dependencies and risks to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional banking or related field.

Education : Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration.

Experience with agile methodologies, SWIFT messaging, and ISO 20022.

Advanced level in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

English proficiency at C1 level.
