Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our Seller Operations Program.

To shape the future of digital commerce, you will be responsible for planning and executing seller operations programs, including setting KPIs, monitoring metrics, identifying operational inefficiencies, and defining best practices.
You will design and launch new programs to improve the overall seller experience and support business goals. This will involve using data to measure and analyze business performance, analyzing operational efficiency, and building business models to guide decision-making.
Your role will also include managing P&L, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and aligning with financial goals. Additionally, you will explore business opportunities, uncover insights, and identify targeted areas for business growth.

Role : Seller Operations Program Manager

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business or Technical discipline).

Proficient Spanish / English is a must for this position. Italian, French, and German will be a plus.

5 years working experience in program / project management roles in E-commerce / Marketplaces / Internet companies within Seller Ops.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with SQL and data querying.

Solid experience in driving complex analysis, identifying relevant insights / risks to transform them into action plans and measuring its success.

Ability to influence others at all levels, using data as main driver. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-driven and self-motivated mindset, ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision. Problem-solving mindset. Energetic and adaptive to change.
