Innovative Hardware Accelerator Designer

Overview We are seeking a seasoned Architect to spearhead the design of innovative hardware accelerators for artificial intelligence applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in micro-electronics, physics or related fields, coupled with extensive experience in complex hardware-software design and architecture.

Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. degree in Micro-electronics, Physics or related field

At least 10 years of experience in HW-SW co-design and architecture

Deep understanding of MCU Subsystems, Memory Controllers and memory architectures (e.g. SRAM, DDR, ROM, eFuse, HBM)

HW-SW co-design expertise

Proficiency in VPU, NPU, GPU, CPU and TPU architectures

Familiarity with Vector, Matrix and Scaler units

Experience with simulation and modeling using System C, TLM and UML

Knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Python

Expertise in DSP algorithms including FIR, IIR filters and FFT

IP design and system architecture skills

Low-power, performance and optimization capabilities
