What's the opportunity?
As our Treasury Control Analyst, you will be a key player in ensuring the transparency, control, and advanced analysis of our Treasury data. This role is perfect for a finance professional with a passion for data and technology, who is eager to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive effective decision‑making in a critical area of the business.
What will I be doing?
- Dashboard Development and Maintenance : Design, develop, and maintain critical Treasury control dashboards and management reports using Power BI (or similar Business Intelligence tools).
- Data Automation : Implement scripts and solutions using Python to optimize the collection, processing, and cleaning of financial data from various sources.
- Financial Market Analysis : Assist in the analysis of financial information, tracking the evolution of various markets and assessing their impact on the Treasury position.
- Control Reporting : Generate timely and accurate reports on liquidity position, cash flow forecasting, compliance with risk limits, and other key control metrics for senior leadership.
- Trend Identification : Analyze historical and current data to identify trends, outliers, and potential risks, providing proactive insights to the team.
- Process Improvement : Proactively propose and implement improvements to reporting and control processes, aiming for maximum efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field.Strong interest in Finance, Financial Markets, and Data Analysis.Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and effective visualization).Proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages) for data manipulation and automation (e.g., Pandas library).Solid understanding of basic Treasury and financial concepts (cash flow, reconciliation, financial instruments, risk management).Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Experience working with any IA tools or process automation will be considered a strong plus.Experience with ERP systems or Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.Exceptional analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data‑driven conclusions.What do we offer?
