We are looking for a

Senior Treasury Specialist

Responsibilities

Reconcile payments and receipts to invoices to ensure accurate books

Assume responsibility for regular cash forecasting and coordination of payments.

Support automation and modernization of the existing Treasury operations.

Develop & run treasury reporting and track accounting KPI, provide accurate and timely information to senior management, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Supports and consults the team in operational challenges and projects.

Communicate with customers and suppliers when needed to reconcile or receive additional documentation

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and treasury policies.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the treasury & wider finance department.

Collaborate and educate other departments to ensure the smoothness in operations and documents

Requirements

You have 4+ years of experience in Treasury / Finance.

You have specific knowledge and experience in cash flow modeling.

You have a solid understanding of budget planning and finance.

Experience in data analytics.

You have the flexibility to navigate challenging situations in a competent and confident way.

Full Professional level English and Spanish.

Knowledge of other European languages (Italian, German, French, Portuguese) will be considered a plus.

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
