TRAINEE DESIGNER

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and adapting digital assets for various formats (web, social, display, CRM, banners, etc.)
• Support the creation and versioning of artwork across different campaigns and markets
• Work closely with Artworkers, Designers, and Project Managers to ensure final deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specs
• Maintain consistency across multiple outputs while ensuring high visual quality
• Prepare files for delivery to media partners or platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Learn and apply basic knowledge of colour management, file compression, resolution, and responsive design principles
• Support the team in maintaining asset libraries and naming conventions
• Participate in feedback rounds and make required adjustments efficiently
