IT Business Partner for CRM

You will be both a strategic advisor and a hands-on contributor in shaping, delivering, and optimizing the organization’s CRM environment to transform the patient and customer journey.

Main responsibilities :

Strategic & Advisory

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations leadership to define Salesforce roadmap supporting patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Shape Salesforce strategy to optimize the patient lifecycle - from first contact through treatment and long-term care.
• Stay abreast of Salesforce platform developments (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI) and advise stakeholders on their potential value.
• Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, local data privacy requirements).
• Represent business needs in IT planning and portfolio management, balancing short-term enhancements with long-term strategy.

What you need :

Academic training : Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s a plus).
