Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning : Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure adherence to local regulations, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's assets.
• Cash Flow and Reporting : Monitor cash flow, manage payables, and oversee monthly closings and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial representations.
• Performance Analysis : Prepare detailed financial reports, feasibility studies, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Team Leadership : Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear KPIs and performance objectives to drive success.
• Audit Support : Collaborate with internal and external auditors, maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails to ensure transparency.
