We seek a seasoned Financial Manager to oversee strategic financial operations in Spain. This position reports directly to senior leadership, supporting business growth, regulatory compliance, and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning : Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
- Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure adherence to local regulations, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's assets.
- Cash Flow and Reporting : Monitor cash flow, manage payables, and oversee monthly closings and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial representations.
- Performance Analysis : Prepare detailed financial reports, feasibility studies, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership : Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear KPIs and performance objectives to drive success.
- Audit Support : Collaborate with internal and external auditors, maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails to ensure transparency.
- Business Expansion : Participate in business expansion projects, including financial modeling and risk analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate threats.
