Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in accounting (Master's degree preferred) 4+ years of experience in a senior accounting position Excellent knowledge of IFRS ACCA / CFA qualifications (nice to have) Experience with D2C / B2C businesses Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure Fluent / professional English language skills Attractive compensation package Flexibility in working hours Opportunity to grow in a dynamic company Collaborative work environment and positive culture International and diverse teams

Responsibilities
As our Accounting Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of global accounting operations. This includes statutory and tax accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis of financial activities.
- Primary ownership of the accounting process
- Judgmental accruals and reserves
- Close activities, including miscellaneous tasks
This role requires a strong leader who can improve existing processes and design and implement new ones. You will work closely with senior leaders to bring new ideas to the business and influence decision-making.
