About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join an international automotive project in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium automotive brand, supporting customers throughout their entire journey - from initial interest to after-sales follow-up.

The role combines customer service, product guidance, and relationship management rather than hard sales. You’ll work with warm leads, helping them explore vehicle options, book test drives, and receive post-visit care, ensuring every interaction feels premium.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage incoming warm leads and understand customer needs and preferences.
• Support customers from inquiry to test-drive booking and post-appointment follow-up.
• Coordinate with dealerships to ensure smooth scheduling and a seamless experience.
• Share detailed product knowledge in a consultative and engaging manner.
• Record all customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain up-to-date information.
• Gather feedback after test drives and assist customers with the next steps.
• Promote brand loyalty and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
