Job Reference : The eLearning and Multimedia Senior Project Manager will independently manage eLearning / Multimedia projects (scoping, quoting, planning, execution, tracking, delivery, and closure) using Welocalize standard processes and tools, and will support the Operations Squad Lead in quotes for new business and client engagement. The role owns project-level relationships with customers and collaborates with Welocalize account and production teams to optimize delivery, client satisfaction, quality, and profitability. The ideal candidate is driven, capable of building relationships across the project team, with flexibility and energy to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, analysis, and execution of project plans in line with Welocalize standards (Project Start, Workflow, Completion, invoicing, client updates, etc.)
• Creation and management of project schedules, estimates, and client proposals
• Risk assessment and strategic planning to minimize issues
• Management of QA projects (resources, defects, reporting)
• Collaborative work on project and client objectives with stakeholders across teams
• Development and maintenance of process documentation
• Independent operation with appropriate escalation of issues beyond scope
• Partnership with production teams to improve delivery efficiency and profitability
• Building and maintaining strong internal and client relationships, reflected in customer ratings
• Clear and timely communication with all stakeholders (clients, account teams, production, vendors)
• Accurate and up-to-date financial and project data management
• Reporting on project status, budgets, time management, and client / vendor issues
• Ensuring project profitability through margin management
• Planning and leading quarterly business reviews with clients
