HQ - Product Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for an exceptional Brand Analyst to join our Brand team at Jobandtalent.

In this role, you'll help shape how the world sees and experiences our brand by working on high-impact projects that blend data, creativity, and strategic thinking.

From day one, you'll partner closely with Brand, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders—including senior leaders—to uncover insights, guide brand strategy, and ensure consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints. Whether you're analyzing campaign performance, identifying audience trends, or supporting the development of our brand narrative, your work will be critical to strengthening Jobandtalent's presence in the market and driving brand-led growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover operational inefficiencies and highlight areas for optimization

Build, manage, and analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets, transforming data into clear, actionable insights

Develop and present strategic recommendations that enhance business performance and drive sustainable growth

Work directly with company founders and senior leadership on high-impact projects, gaining exposure to key business decisions and initiatives

Who We’re Looking For :

A high-performing individual with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related field

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with SQL, including data extraction, transformation, and analysis

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools

Excellent communication skills, with full professional fluency in English (C1 level or above)

Experience in business consulting will be highly valued (Deloitte, MS, EY..etc)
