Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Field Service Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance of Bruker AXS equipment and building strong customer relationships through exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing own activities with coordinator supervision.
• Installation & Training : Perform onsite installation of Bruker AXS equipment and accessories according to factory specifications. Provide comprehensive training to customers on hardware, software, safety protocols, and maintenance requirements.
• Technical Support : Diagnose and resolve issues through remote and onsite support. Perform preventive, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on instruments.
• Collaboration : Work closely with service management, sales colleagues, and administration to prepare quotations, manage material orders and monitor tasks.
• Continuous Learning : Participate in factory training courses and stay updated on new and existing product features and software.
• Travel : The primary work zone will be Northeast Spain (mainly Cataluña and Baleares). Be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally (Italy).
• Location : The candidate has to be located in Barcelona or its surroundings.
• Customer Engagement : Develop and maintain a congenial rapport with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our products and services.
