After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue on this path by recruiting an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our Barcelona team and support the development of the EMEA market .

Responsibilities

Prospecting, building, developing and managing your client portfolio.

Qualify, recruit and follow-up with your freelance consultants.

(70% sales / 30% recruitment)

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years experience in building your own client portfolio in the IT staffing industry
• Experience with IT / SAP Contract profiles
• You enjoy prospecting and cold calling
• Fluent English, another language is a bonus
• Results and target-driven
