We’re hiring : Global Specialist in Category Management and Financial Analysis

Do you have a strong financial background, solid experience in data analysis, and want to contribute to strategic decision-making in an international environment? Attindas is looking for a Global Specialist in Category Management and Financial Analysis to join our team in Madrid .

Key Responsibilities

Build dashboards and analytical tools to evaluate category performance.
Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Generate insights to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with finance, design, and other teams to optimize commercial outcomes.
Lead deep-dive analysis projects and develop business cases.
Support investment evaluations and risk analysis.
Assist in profit planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or related field.

3+ years of experience (ideally in CPG, healthcare or pharma, but other sectors are welcome).

Advanced Excel skills : pivot tables, charts, process automation via macros or VBA.

Proficiency in PowerBI and data visualization tools.

Strong analytical mindset, effective communication, and collaborative approach.

High level of English, both written and spoken.

Location : Madrid

Hybrid model : 2 remote work days per week
