Job Description :
As a Senior Global Procurement BPA Manager , you will be responsible for coordinating Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) activities within the scope of STO Direct Procurement and globally providing insightful and value-added analysis related to vendors and contracts, as well as decision support to the STO Direct Procurement Leadership team and category heads. You will support the development and execution of annual operating and long-term financial plans, interim forecasts, and "what if" scenarios, focusing on business drivers, key financial and operational metrics, and sensitivity analysis with STO Finance leadership. Your role involves driving productivity and savings in STO Direct Spend.

Key Responsibilities :
Owning TGT planning cycles and consolidating STO Procurement Direct Spend, including FDF and Direct Materials; delivering budget on time and with high quality.
Leading the consolidation of global performance with Finance Heads, understanding the dynamics and cost correlations.
Managing deviations of actuals vs TGT / LFs / LOs, monitoring R&O, and ensuring financial commitments are met.
Supporting procurement savings calculations and ensuring compliance with savings guidelines.
Designing and developing reporting tools, collaborating with internal functions to enhance data management.
Coordinating STO Procurement Direct Spend TPC / Standard costs processes for actuals and planning cycles.
Supporting projects and benchmarking to increase productivity, evaluating make vs. buy options.
Acting as SPOC for financial topics in the area of activity and supporting governance processes.
Fostering personal and professional development of team members.
Qualifications :
University diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Fluent in English.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or development.
