Overview Performance-Driven Salesperson
A TAG Heuer client advisor is a performance-driven salesperson who consistently seeks to achieve sales targets through selling techniques and collaboration. As a key member of the sales floor, you will play a central role in increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives by working on personal KPIs, delivering memorable experiences, and services in store.
Key responsibilities Working closely with colleagues and team members in the boutique to promote omnichannel sales and ensure the best client experience, considering all possible clients' touchpoints.
Proposing new ideas to develop sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
Embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA and act as a passionate brand ambassador in and outside the boutique, especially at events.
Achieving individual clienteling objectives, leveraging provided tools, and ensuring qualitative client data collection and leveraging data to address clients in a personally relevant way, capitalizing on opportunities to grow the business.
Contributing to daily processes under the supervision of boutique management (inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing).
Leveraging tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and performing VM.
Coordinating aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
Applying rigorously all guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising (window animation, product presentation, catalogues).
Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional experience in store or related areas.
Full commercial training preferred.
Affinity with fashion and jewelry / watchmaking.
Experience with visual merchandising as a sales tool.
Open-minded character.
Good communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Predisposition to customer service.
