Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across retail and corporate banking divisions.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that demands technical excellence, collaboration, and architectural vision.
Drive the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and admins, ensuring best practices in code quality, CI / CD, and Dev Ops.
Oversee integration with core banking systems, data platforms, and third-party services using APIs and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft).
Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Technical Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in enterprise environments.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance tuning.
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Dev Ops pipelines, and tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application / System Architect) are highly desirable.
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
