Identity Incident Responder

We are seeking a Senior Identity Incident Responder to join our team, leading efforts to enhance our identity ecosystem and strengthen security strategies. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, shape response procedures, and enhance identity protection measures, working with tools like Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and CrowdStrike. You’ll also have the chance to drive change in our Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, while continuously improving security measures based on real-world lessons and emerging threats. Responsibilities
Support the product owner to implement and enhance a product vision and roadmap aligning with company objectives and current attack trends
Align with stakeholders on demands and present risks and roadmap items to them
Create and maintain security monitoring use cases based on IAM solution (like SAML, OAuth, Entra ID, Active Directory)
Provide inputs and recommendations for identity protection solutions (like CrowdStrike Identity Protection)
Handle identity focused security alerts
Manage security incidents (incl. communication with technical and non-technical people) as well as performing threat hunts
Continuously improve detections and processes based on lessons learned from security incidents and stakeholder feedback
Drive change in the IAM ecosystem based on lessons learned from security incidents and the current threat landscape
Work in an Agile team following SCRUM or Kanban to deliver objectives and projects
Qualifications
Proficiency in Active Directory, Entra ID, CrowdStrike Identity solutions as well as SIEM use case development
Proven experience in product management, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and mindset
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
Innovative mindset with a track record of driving product improvements and security enhancements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, threat landscapes, and risk management with a focus on identity protection and AI
Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
